You are welcomed into an entrance porch, which opens to a large double reception room with wood burning stove. An internal hall with stairs leading to the first floor and beyond that there is a large kitchen/breakfast room with double doors opening to the patio garden. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en suite, 2 further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside the property benefits from a small east facing patio garden with garden furniture.


RECEPTION ROOM - Beautiful dual aspect double reception room with large west facing bay window with shutter blinds overlooking Lee Road. Raised contemporary wood burning stove. Bespoke industrial chest of draws full of games for you to enjoy. 2 wing back arm chairs, large luxurious 3 seater sofa and stone coffee table. Console table with mirror over and lamp. This is the perfect room for the adults to sit and relax in.

FAMILY ROOM: Cleverly transformed with double glass doors opening from the reception room. This room has a large 3 seater sofa and smaller 2 seater sofa, with two additional foot stalls. There is a large flat screen TV fixed to the wall, perfect for movie nights!

In the kitchen there are integrated appliances including a 4 ring electric hob, single oven & grill, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer.

This beautiful mid-terrace self-catering Aldeburgh holiday cottage is located a couple of minutes from the beach and shops on Aldeburgh High Street. Aldeburgh has an excellent range of restaurants, pubs and shops and there are pretty walks around the nearby Aldeburgh Marshes and to Thorpeness. Fresh fish can be bought from the fish huts along the beach.

A well-behaved dog can be accommodated on request at the time of booking, must be restricted to the ground floor and is subject to our terms and conditions.
