The majority of the accommodation is carpeted with the exception of the kitchen which has a wooden floor and the bathroom with a classy wood effect floor.
Enter into the bright and spacious open-plan living area, with two sofas and coffee table giving plenty of space to sit and relax; with a stylish real flame affect fire for extra comfort. There's WiFi, a flat screen TV with Freeview, Blu-ray player, DAB radio and iPod docking station and a shelf full of books and board games for your entertainment; also a desk should you need to get some work done! This self-catering Southwold holiday let is a five minute walk from Southwold's popular High Street, the sandy beach and the pier itself. Southwold is an unspoilt seaside town with a range of popular pubs, restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and galleries. The sandy beach is adorned with a string of colourful beach huts that lead along to Southwold Pier at one end and towards Southwold Harbour at the other end.
There is a pretty walk through the harbour and over a footbridge to the picture-postcard village of Walberswick, home to two good pubs (The Anchor and The Bell) and a long sandy beach. Fresh fish can be bought from the fish huts along the harbour. Southwold is home to the Adnams Brewery and the town's excellent pubs include one of our personal favourites, The Lord Nelson where you can try a range of Adnams bitters.
