Seabreeze at Aldeburgh

A flight of stairs takes you up to the first floor featuring the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom and the shower room,

Outside the front of the property is a private driveway with parking for up to 2 cars. Outside the rear of the property is the back garden, which is fully paved and interspersed with attractive flowers and shrubs. The borders are defined with timber panelled fencing and is fully enclosed.

GROUND FLOOR
The property is entered through the hallway with stairs to the first floor and doors to the living area and cloakroom.

SITTING/DINING/SUN AREA
The light and airy open plan sitting room has a window to the front overlooking the drive, wood burning stove, flat screen TV, with storage cupboard and book shelving to the side, coffee table and a large sofa and an armchair. Beyond that there is a dining room with table and six chairs and a hifi system. The sun room is a great place to relax with a book, located at the back and has a sofa, coffee table and door opening to the rear garden.

KITCHEN
The well-appointed kitchen, conveniently off the dining area, has a range of useful storage wall and base units with wood work surfaces, four ring electric hob/oven with overhead extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

CLOAK ROOM
The cloakroom has hand basin, tiled flooring and a W.C.

FIRST FLOOR
A flight of stairs rises to the first floor where you'll have doors to the bedroosm and bathroom.

MASTER BEDROOM
A king size bed takes pride of place in this sunny master bedroom with side tables, lamps and a range of built in double wardrob with hanging and shelf space.

EN-SUITE BATHROOM FOR BEDROOM 1
Conveniently between bedrooms two and three; there's a panel bath with overhead shower, WC and wash basin.

BEDROOM 2
Quietly at the back of the house with window overlooking the garden; furnished with a double bed with side tables, lamps, window overlooking the rear garden and a chest of drawers.

BEDROOM 3
Also at the back with a sloping ceiling, this twin bedroom has a side table and lamp between the beds.

SHOWER ROOM
The shower room features a corner shower cubicle, wash basin and W.C.

OUTSIDE
The property is approached over a private drive providing parking for two cars. The principle garden lies to the rear and is fully paved and interspersed with attractive flowers and shrubs. It also features a Webber Coal BBQ and a large teak table with 6 folding chairs. The borders are defined with timber panelled fencing and is fully enclosed.
There is also a purpose built bike/buggy shed in the front garden for guests to use.

Whats Included?

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

The property is equipped with gas central heating throughout and features a wood burning stove, a flat screen TV, hifi system, 4 ring electric hob/oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Wifi is available.

There is also a purpose built bike/buggy shed in the front garden for guests to use.

A travel cot and a high chair are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.

This beautiful Suffolk holiday cottage is located close to the beach and to the shops on Aldeburgh High Street. Aldeburgh has an excellent range of restaurants, pubs and shops and there are pretty walks around the nearby Aldeburgh Marshes and to Thorpeness. Fresh fish can be bought from the fish huts along the beach.

Sorry, no smoking, pets or unaccompanied teenagers are permitted at this property.

Children are welcome.
