First Floor Landing
Light and airy, this landing gives a great welcome with window offering views over the front aspect, stairs to the second floor and access to the living/dining room, cloakroom and kitchen.
Being on the first floor makes this a particularly bright kitchen that has been well equipped and has views to the front. Fitted appliances include concealed dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, plus an electric oven and gas hob with extractor hood over.
This sunny room with high ceilings and exposed timber beams has double doors off the landing and overlooks a large courtyard. It’s been tastefully furnished with two comfy sofas (not as shown currently on the photos), occasional tables with TV and DVD player in one area for relaxing, with a table and four chairs for meals.

This self-catering maisonette is equipped with gas central heating and entertainment includes a TV and Wifi. Appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, plus an electric oven and gas hob with extractor hood over, a juicer and Nespresso machine. For bird enthusiasts, there's even a pair of binoculars!
The indoor heated pool is communal and subject to availability.
A travel cot and high chair are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.
Blythview occupies an excellent location for easy access to the many attractions of the East Suffolk Heritage Coast, which include many walks and cycling routes and for bird watchers there is the renowned RSPB sanctuary at Minsmere within easy driving distance.
Within five miles is the renowned coastal town of Southwold, famous for its iconic pier, Georgian and Victorian architecture, individual shops and traditional pubs. The picturesque coastal village of Walberswick is also worth a visit with long stretches of sandy beaches, village green with gift shops and tea rooms and a couple of great pubs serving excellent food and local beers.
