The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge with ice compartment, electric oven and ceramic hob, slim line dishwasher. There's a washing machine in the utility room and a microwave which can obviously be used in the kitchen however it's stored here to allow extra counter space for those who don't need it.
A travel cot and high chair are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.

Sitting close to the Alde and Valley, this cottage is also surrounded by some of the most picturesque countryside in East Suffolk through which there are numerous foot and bridle paths. The Suffolk Heritage Coast with the popular seaside towns of Aldeburgh lies just 15 miles to the east and Minsmere, the RSPB’s renowned nature reserve is only 15 miles away too.

The garden's a great place for kids (young and old) to run around, play ball games and hide and seek however it's not fully enclosed with the path at the side leading down the drive to the road so you will need to supervise 'little guests' and dogs.
A well-behaved dog is welcome downstairs. If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the booking form and is subject to our conditions of booking.
The turning from the road into the drive is quite tight, I managed with my Audi A5 and found it best to reverse in. The drive's quite long and up to three cars can park in single file.
The stairs are typical of an old cottage, quite steep and with a turn at the bottom, carpeted all the way with a handrail.
