The owners of Ubbeston Lodge and other guests also have access to the pool so you’re asked to book a free exclusive slot in advance for half an hour per night booked so you can make the most of this super asset. This exceptionally spacious single storey accommodation sits on a private estate with an idyllic walk around the perimeter of the estate. There's off road parking for four cars (one beside the ramp leading to the side door of Cocky Hen) and three enclosed courtyard style gardens down some steps at the front so you can make the most of good weather when you’ve finished exploring the coast or surrounding countryside.
There are two doors into this super self-catering studio accommodation, one at the side and the other up stone stairs at the front, both open into the light and airy open plan living space.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity, plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
The swimming pool is available for half an hour per night booked with an additional 10 minutes before and 15 minutes after of the use a private changing room with toilet, shower and hairdryer your swim. Additional slots are available at £15 per half hour. Don't forget costumes, goggles and pool towels. No food or drink is allowed by the pool.

Please contact the owners to book slots, these are available for half an hour per day per night booked with an additional 10 minute before and 15 minutes after your swim for changing with use of a private changing room with toilet, shower and hair dryer. Additional slots are available at £15 per half hour. You may want to bring your own and don't forget costumes, goggles and pool towels. No food or drink is allowed by the pool.
Cocky Old Pig is designed and furnished to provide easy access for all guests, including those with mobility issues, without compromising on style or comfort. There’s a ramp from the drive to the front door; with parking beside the ramp. Doors are wide enough for a standard wheelchair; the wet room has space beside the high level toilet, a grab rail and emergency pull cord.
A well-behaved dog is welcome and subject to our terms and conditions on request at the time of booking and is subject to our conditions of booking.
An additional dog may be considered by the owners, there will however be an additional cost of £25 per additional dog to cover extra cleaning costs.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
