The properties have been renovated to an incredibly high standard, guests will have the chance to experience stylish and comtemporary luxury in these splendid holiday homes. Ideal for large groups of families and friends you can book the cottages together which in total sleep up to 10 (four in The Coach House and six in 115). 115 has a courtyard and The Coach House has the added benefit of an enclosed garden and parking for one car.

The dining table in 115 can be extended to accommodate 10 guests, and the outside table at Coach House will accommodate 10 guests.

This self-catering holiday cottage is equipped with central heating and appliances include a TV with FreeSat and Wifi. The kitchen is well equipped with a Smeg oven with five ring hob, Bosch fridge/freezer and slimline 10 piece dishwasher. In the utility room there's a washing machine and dryer.

The Coach House
This self-catering holiday house is equipped with underfloor heating and appliances include a TV with FreeSat and Wifi. The kitchen is well equipped with Smeg oven and fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and slimline ten piece dishwasher, plus a large capacity washer/dryer in the wet room.

A travel cot and high chair are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.

Orford is a delightful coastal town, set in one of the best positions along the Suffolk Heritage Coast. The small town provides a peaceful idyll for nature lovers wanting to explore the Ness, beautiful coastline, an English Heritage 12th Century castle, Orford Ness (National Trust nature reserve) and an iconic lighthouse overlooking the River Ore. The town has become a real food destination with two fantastic family friendly pubs - The Kings Head and Jolly Sailor, award-winning restaurant - The Crown and Castle, Butley-Orford Oysterage and award-winning Pump Street Bakery.

River trips can be booked from Orford Quay, which sail down the River Ore up to Aldeburgh and then back down to see the famous avocets at the RSPB’s Havergate Island. The historic market town of Woodbridge, stands on the banks of the River Deben and offers a wide range of shopping facilities, pubs, restaurants, a cinema and swimming pool. The attractive village of Snape, which lies at the head of the River Alde and home to the world famous Snape Maltings is only six miles away. The Maltings has a concert hall and a variety of shops including Kitchen, home ware, delicatessen, clothing, antiques and furniture together with cafe's and public house.

A well-behaved dog is welcome downstairs. If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the booking form and is subject to our conditions of booking.

Please note that the top bedroom in 115 does have limited headroom due to the sloping ceiling.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
